About Sarah Bellendaine

I’m an executive coach who helps founders, senior leaders, and high-performing teams unlock clarity and make revenue-driving decisions, especially when the pressure is high and the stakes are real.
With over a decade of experience coaching across sectors and 14+ years in HR and operations leadership I bring a grounded, strategic perspective to leadership development. Across the board, I support leaders navigating change, growth, and high-stakes decisions. Clients describe my style as thoughtful, grounded, and forward-moving with a balance of empathy, strategy, and challenge.
My background spans launching and scaling teams, leading through organizational transformation, and advising executives through critical turning points. I’ve trained extensively with ICF-accredited organizations and master coaches, integrating a range of approaches from NLP and systems theory to OD and executive presence frameworks.
