
VERVE™ Leadership Alignment & Joy Index™ – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the VERVE™ Leadership Alignment & Joy Index™ assessment, provided by The Bellendaine Group LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By completing your assessment or scheduling a debrief session, you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
The VERVE™ assessment is a proprietary diagnostic tool designed to provide insights into leadership alignment, engagement, joy, and organizational conditions. Assessments include a personalized report and may include a debrief session with an authorized advisor. Assessments are for informational and developmental purposes only and are not a substitute for professional advice in legal, medical, financial, or other regulated fields.
2. Confidentiality
All participant data is treated as confidential. The Bellendaine Group will maintain strict confidentiality of responses and reports, except as required by law. Anonymized, aggregate data may be used for cross-pattern analysis, research, marketing, or methodology refinement. No personally identifiable information will be shared without consent. We adhere to the ICF Code of Ethics, available at coachingfederation.org.
3. Payment and Fees
Payment for assessments is due prior to use. Pricing is set per published rates at the time of booking. All sales are final. Cancellations or reschedules must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of fees.
4. Intellectual Property
The VERVE™ framework, assessment, report templates, methodology, and any associated materials are the sole property of The Bellendaine Group and protected by copyright and trademark law. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any materials without prior written consent.
5. Use of Results
The assessment provides insights for leadership development and organizational planning. The Bellendaine Group and/or Sarah Bellendaine do not guarantee specific outcomes, performance changes, or business results. Interpretation of results is intended to be used in consultation with an authorized advisor.
6. Data Accuracy
Participants agree to provide accurate and complete information to the best of their knowledge. Inaccurate, incomplete, or falsified information may impact the accuracy and utility of the assessment report.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Bellendaine Group LLC and Sarah Bellendaine are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the assessment, including any business decisions or actions taken based on the report. Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the assessment.
8. Acceptance
By proceeding with the assessment and/or paying the fee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. You also acknowledge that your participation constitutes acceptance of our Privacy Policy and consent to our handling of data as described therein.
