Thank you for your interest in the Strategic Resilience: Sustaining Focus and Agility in Times of Change workshop. Please review the following terms carefully before enrolling.
By registering for this program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Non-Refundable: All payments for this program are non-refundable. Due to the nature of the workshop, which includes personalized coaching and customized content, we do not offer refunds for any reason once your registration is confirmed.

Program Commitment: We encourage you to carefully consider your availability and commitment to participating in the full 8-week workshop, including the two individual coaching sessions. Your registration confirms your commitment to fully engaging with the course materials and attending scheduled sessions.

Cancellation Policy: In the event that you are unable to attend any of the scheduled sessions, we are unable to provide refunds. However, you may be eligible to reschedule a coaching session with prior notice and subject to availability. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance for any scheduling changes.

Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of extreme, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), we may consider rescheduling or offering alternative arrangements at our discretion. Such requests must be submitted in writing and accompanied by relevant documentation.

Program Transferability: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague or another individual in your organization. Transfers must be made at least 7 days before the program start date and are subject to availability.
