VERVE™ Leadership Systems Pilot Program
The problems that show up in your numbers started somewhere else first.
Service Description
By the time turnover, missed targets, or a stalled initiative shows up in your reporting, the conditions that caused it have usually been building for months. VERVE™ measures those conditions directly, across five dimensions of leadership health: Vitality, Engagement, Resilience, Vision Alignment, and Environment. This is a working consultation to determine whether the VERVE™ Leadership Systems Pilot is right for your organization right now. We're accepting a limited number of pilot cohorts each quarter, so this call also confirms timing and fit before a spot opens. The pilot itself combines diagnostic assessment, individual debriefs, group-level analysis, strategy sessions, and implementation support between measurement points. It can run two ways: Longitudinal design. One leadership group, assessed twice, to measure change over time. Comparative design. Two leadership groups, assessed as separate cohorts, to compare patterns across teams. On the call, we'll cover: What your organization is navigating now, and what you need to know before making a decision Which design, longitudinal or comparative, fits your situation How confidentiality works at the individual level and reporting works at the group level Time commitment for participants and sponsors How findings convert into priorities your leadership team can act on The pilot investment is $25,000, structured around a defined engagement window with clear deliverables at each stage. That figure sits below the cost most organizations already carry in unplanned executive turnover or a stalled leadership transition, and it buys visibility into conditions that standard engagement surveys don't reach. This call is a genuine fit conversation. If the pilot answers a significant question for your organization, we'll outline next steps and a start date. If it doesn't, you'll leave with a sharper read on what may be driving the patterns you're seeing. Spots for this quarter's pilot cohort are limited. Book your consultation to hold your place.
