Custom blend of coaching + advisory: Tailored sessions, built around your pace and priorities Priority access & real-time feedback: Direct human response when timing is critical Analog security: No AI, no recordings, no transcripts. Notes are kept offline, ensuring absolute confidentiality Quarterly strategic reset sessions: 2–3 hour deep dives to recalibrate and plan ahead Strategic edge: Anticipatory insight that helps you see around corners and avoid blind spots Why This Matters Inside the echo chamber, innovation dies. This partnership ensures you have one place to think boldly, decide wisely, and act with confidence. How It Works Private consultation (60 minutes): Align on goals and confirm fit. Review scope & access: Outline structure and privacy protocols. Onboard & begin advisory partnership: Priority, discreet access begins immediately. Every engagement includes: Private sessions (Zoom, Teams, Meet, or Signal), up to 4 per month Unlimited async text/voice between sessions Priority access (response within 24 hours) Quarterly deep-dive reset sessions (2–3 hours each) Annual leadership assessment with recommendations Exclusive invitations to private strategic roundtables or curated discussions $7500/month (minimum of six months) Limited openings per year to preserve access.


Cancellation Policy

Coaching Agreement Before we begin, all clients must review and sign a coaching agreement. This ensures we’re aligned on expectations, confidentiality, scope, and structure. The agreement must be signed prior to the start of services. No sessions will be held until the agreement is completed. The coaching agreement will be sent via email after your booking is confirmed or as part of your onboarding packet. This step protects your time, my time, and the integrity of our work together. Booking All coaching and consulting sessions are booked by appointment. You will receive a private scheduling link upon engagement. For ongoing clients, recurring session slots can be held in advance to ensure continuity and availability. Payment is required prior to or at the time of booking. For workshops or intensives, full payment is due at the time of registration unless otherwise noted. All sales are final. No refunds are offered for coaching, consulting, or workshop services. Cancellation & Rescheduling I hold your time with intention, and I ask that you do the same. Sessions may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice. You can reschedule directly through your booking link. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are not eligible for rescheduling, except at Coach's discretion. No-shows are charged in full. If you miss your session without notice, it will not be rescheduled or refunded. For clients on monthly retainers: Unused sessions do not roll over to the following month unless otherwise arranged in writing. Waitlist If my calendar is full, you may request to be added to the waitlist. Waitlist clients will be notified in the order received when an opening becomes available. Priority may be given to current or returning clients. For new clients, a short intake or discovery call may be required before placement.
