The Joy Strategy Program helps people reorient their life and work around what consistently creates energy, clarity, and ease using joy as a strategic indicator. This is disciplined thinking, supported by precise coaching, for people who are done overriding themselves. How the Sessions Work A strategic framing and core concept Guided reflection and written work Optional laser coaching for 2-3 participants (5–10 minutes per person, as relevant) Facilitated group discussion Coaching in the group: You can participate actively or simply listen and integrate. Both are effective. Program Details 8 group sessions over 16 weeks (bi-weekly) Small, curated cohort Strategic frameworks, decision tools, and laser coaching One individual private coaching session in addition to the group sessions Confidential, thoughtful, and grounded Payment plans available. FAQs Q - What do you mean by “laser” coaching? Brief, focused coaching inside the group to clarify a decision, reframe a stuck point, or identify next steps. It’s precise, optional, and grounded, not performative. Q - Will I be put on the spot? No. Participation in laser coaching is opt-in. You choose when and how you engage. Q - Is this therapy or traditional life coaching? No. This is strategic work focused on alignment, decision quality, and structural change. Q - Will this push me to quit my job? No. Outcomes aren’t prescribed. The program supports intelligent choice. Q - I’m very busy. Is this realistic? Yes. Sessions are bi-weekly, and the clarity gained typically reduces overall time and energy drain. Q - Is this a substitute for 1:1 coaching? No. If you need deep, confidential support for acute leadership challenges, the 90-Day Strategic Reset or coaching retainer is the better fit.

Cancellation Policy
Coaching Agreement Before we begin, all clients must review and sign a coaching agreement. This ensures we’re aligned on expectations, confidentiality, scope, and structure. The agreement must be signed prior to the start of services. No sessions will be held until the agreement is completed. The coaching agreement will be sent via email after your booking is confirmed or as part of your onboarding packet. This step protects your time, my time, and the integrity of our work together. Booking All coaching and consulting sessions are booked by appointment. You will receive a private scheduling link upon engagement. For ongoing clients, recurring session slots can be held in advance to ensure continuity and availability. Payment is required prior to or at the time of booking. For workshops or intensives, full payment is due at the time of registration unless otherwise noted. All sales are final. No refunds are offered for coaching, consulting, or workshop services. Cancellation & Rescheduling I hold your time with intention, and I ask that you do the same. Sessions may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 48 hours’ notice. You can reschedule directly through your booking link. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are not eligible for rescheduling, except at Coach's discretion. No-shows are charged in full. If you miss your session without notice, it will not be rescheduled or refunded. For clients on monthly retainers: Unused sessions do not roll over to the following month unless otherwise arranged in writing. Waitlist If my calendar is full, you may request to be added to the waitlist. Waitlist clients will be notified in the order received when an opening becomes available. Priority may be given to current or returning clients. For new clients, a short intake or discovery call may be required before placement.
